Thumbs down Anyone ever damage their O2 sensors by going in a deep puddle?

Well I got trapped last week on a main road and i couldnt avoid a huge puddle of water that was up to my door. I drove thru it and moments later the car started to run like pure ***. I checked the codes and it was the O2. These O2s were only a month old and that will be a quick $200 down the drain

If they are aftermarket you can expect problems of all sort with them, but if they are gm I never heard of that.
