besides the stock ported ones I dont think any of them are worth the money the ported ones may even work better than the 80mm ones.

dont forget even stock ported still only has a 75mm blade.it still a bottle neck
compared to a True 85mm one.

If your using the LS6 intake, A ported stock TB is the best TB for the setup.... If your gonna change TB's its pointless, Just go with a Fast 90 intake and TB if thats the case...

well Breze84, i dont think its pointless. especially since LS6 vettes came with 80mm throttle body Stock, also the LQ9. the LQ4 also came with 80mm Cable-throttle body ( on escalde). it is an old quick simple swap. problem is i cant find any LQ4 TB anymore(even junkyards)

dont forget even stock ported still only has a (75MM) blade.it still a bottle neck

compared to a True 85mm one.

Anyway im asking about any TB's besides Stock(75mm) ones. Thanks

Actually, yes. It is pointless. This topic has been beat to **** over the years, and 100's of people have tried the 80mm BBK unit and something similar. The gains are very minimal, if at all. Definitely not worth the price. If you're going to spend $300 on a TB, spend it on a 90mm that fits a bigger intake. End of story.

I don't think you're going to get the answer you want to hear.

Another option, especially if the level of expense is an issue, is to get a 90mm ported stock TB and exchange your LS6 intake to TPIS for one of their 90mm LS6 intakes ($350).

Wow

If you don't want to accept the truth, just go buy the most expensive one you can find and be happy you got something shiny and new.

Well, fortunately for BBK there's still guys like this out there that insist bigger is better on a stock intake.

Have at it junior, but do not be a dick and PM another member cussing them out and name calling because they answered your question. I'll restrict your account so you can't PM anymore. Like Patrick Swayze said in Roadhouse......"Be nice".

Good day sir.
