question bout bbk 85mm tb

Default question bout bbk 85mm tb
I've been thinking about switching from my stock ported tb to a bbk 85mm one. What kind of gains would i see by doing this? And would i need to upgrade to a 85mm lid at the same time also?

Car has cam and bolt ons.

never had a problem with the bbk ... car always felt strong
(of course no lid on my car)
