Default spring on drain plug woops lol

found a spring on my drain plug today but should i worry....? the car runs absolutely fine has rediculously good oil pressure and doesnt smoke. It looks a valve seal spring and its only say 3/16 or an inch long? the car is cammed and has been for about 9000k

is it a must right now or can i keep driving it cause i just drove it today and it ran awesome?

Sure, you can drive it. Just keep this in mind if you are using oil.
