Default Stainless engine bolt kit

Anyone used these?

Found this browsing ebay earlier and am wondering about the actual quality of the bolts.

Not sure how the actual quality is, structure-wise, but if it's just polished stainless, you are better off just polishing the ones you have. i believe specialized stainless actually sells a chromoly bolt kit. I would imagine the quality would be better.
