opening up my fast 90, whats the biggest i can go mm?

Exclamation opening up my fast 90, whats the biggest i can go mm?

well ill have my new 427 soon assembled and i want to open up my fast 90 up a bit aswell as port it. whats the biggest they can open up the 90 mouth to? i think ive seen 95 mm

i have see it up to 102mm. and if i remeber i saw it on ws6store.com

Oncce you port it out to 95mm+, you cut into the o-ring seal grove. Meaning you have to use a paper gasket to seal behind it now.

Oh got ya. Im in the process of porting mine now but won't go too crazy with the opening as my tb is only a 90mm.

I ported my 92mm to 96mm and it was almost into the groove. I am using a 96mm TB... don't see the need for any bigger

I'm using paper gaskets on my modified LS6 intake in my sig, I have not had any issues at all.
