There is no egr. http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...ategoryid=1023

Came on the 2001 and 2002 cars only the 1998-2000 have the ls1 intake it is worth about 10 to 20 rwhp depends on the car. And what setup you are running.

Be careful trying to determine the LS6 manifold from the LS1 manifold by the EGR. All LS1 manifold's don't have an EGR. The LS6 manifold has a flat bottom. There are actually two LS6 manifold part #'s out there. Run a search. This one has been done to death.

EGR is not fool proof. The LS1 intakes in 98-00 vette did have a EGR

Flat bottom is the quickest way to figure out, if the intake is off the car.

Unless you've got a part number, the only other way is to look at the bottom of the manifold.
