Default ses light is blinking on and off?

the car will act like its going to stall and die. idle is kinda rough but not bad. i just had pacesetter LT's and ory put on last week. i have msd wires with ngk plugs. when the light blinks alot doesnt that mean multiple misfires? any ideas on what i should look for?
thanks

ps - i think one of my 02's might be going bad, could that be it...?

get it scanned. the code will at least point you in the right direction.

o2's don't normally go that abruptly or have that violent of results. who did the longtubes? how far did you drive before you started having issues?

Yes a blinking light is a multiple misfire situation.Pull your plugs check them for wetness or any different look on any of the plugs. Not to say this is the case but that sounds MOST likely a broken valve spring.I have had to go through that already. Also if the engine misses throughout the rpm range just cruising but if you open it to WOT and the miss goes away its the 02 sensors bc 02 sensors DO NOT read at WOT but normally you will not get a 300 code on an 02sensor it will just feel like its missing for the simple fact its loading up the bank on all the cylinders on that particular side with gas.WARNING check the plugs 1st for signs if you are not certain that the plugs all look good like signs of wetness DO NOT drive the car and especially do not get on it.A misfire on an ls engine on 1 cylinder can backfeed to the cylinder before it and cause a multiple misfire.Hope this helps. But could be as simple as some plug wires as stated above just make sure you check into it good.

A tune for just headers and y is not even needed. This will not cause a misfire or a blinking multimisfire.

do you have all 4 o2 sensors hooked up?, if not get some o2 simulators until you get it tuned and then get the rear o2 sensors deleted from the computer.

Almost every time someone has misfires AFTER a LT install...its because one or more of the spark plug wires are touching or bouncing against an exhaust manifold pipe.

Check to make sure none are touching at all.

I've also personally never heard of someone running the rear 02's and not the front 02's. Usually the other way around.

I would hook the fronts back up asap. You can run without the rears, but not the fronts. Get some o2 sims for the rears, or tune them out.

you have it backwards, you want the fronts but not the rears. you can either get the codes deleted, have sims put in or just leave it. it doesnt make a difference.

i know i know ha i made a mistake in my post. i do not have my rear codes deleted but the fronts are hooked up fine. my driver side o2 sensor was goin bad a couple months ago so i will check into replacing that. i will check my plugs and wires too and make sure they are not touching anything and are hooked up good.
thanks for comments guys

Also check the plugs to make sure one isn't cracked.

Sometimes its something simple, just not plugged in. Go back and check everything, I had something similar after I did a valley cover swap and I couldn't figure it out. Everything looked good, finally I realized some sensor wasn't clipped in all the way, it looked like it was, but it wasn't. Sometimes its something stupid like that. Good luck.

I had a similar incident with my car running rough and SES flashing. It turned out one of my rocker arms snapped in half. I was lucky that none of the pieces grenaded my engine!
