That's the purge line from the evap system. I would post in your local/regional room to see if anyone has taken it off but still has it laying around. Otherwise a junk yard.

I relocated mine and just used a 3/8 hose and hose clamps.
No issues.

Cant remember the part number but that part is around 20 bucks at a dealership. I broke mine on my intake swap and my freind broke his on an engine tear down. It is alll one piece and comes with the line and clip deal. After you figure out how that clip works you feel like a huge dumbass for breaking it, I know I did. When I broke mine I didn't replace it though. I took a really small zip tie and ran it through the holes and tightened it up. It was tighter then factory.

It's a simple internal clip, are you sure it's pushed on all the way 'til it clicks?

yeah exactly. i felt real dumb when i figured out how it works. it still tightens but after a lil driving around, i pop my hood and its unclipped and throws a SES light. i may try the zip tie thing unless anyone has one for sale.

Just go to the dealership. They have engine diagrams with pictures on the computer.
