The AC delco plugs that GM uses are a good plug. NGK TR55's are usually the choice by most on here. MSD wires are a good replacement. Also use some HI temp antiseize on the spark plug threads and some dielectric grease on the top of the plug where the wire snaps on.

NGK TR5's, 55's, or 6's are the best cheap plug you can buy (other than the Delcos). You aren't going to see a real power or mileage difference....it's all hype (i've got HOURS and HOURS on the dyno to proove this); but for quality and longevity you cant beat the Delcos and NGKs.

As far as wires, Ive had MSD wires cause ECM issues and crash laptops from all the EMI interference they give off....even had a few cars crash the dyno!!! Stock wires, magnacors, and morosos are your best ign wires!

^Never heard this before (yikes), but it's tough to beat NGK's for the price.

I run Autolite double platinums and MSD wires. The plugs seem to last a long time. Got approximately 40000 miles on the current set and they're still in good shape. Haven't had any trouble with the MSD wires either.

Thats because its very doubtful... my spark plug wires ate my laptop

MSD's 8.5mm Super Conductor wire sets have a special helically wound core that has just 40-50 ohms of resistance per foot--but with an RFI suppression equal to a 1,500 ohm wire.
