What bolts are you using on the headers? Did you look into using Stage 8 Header bolts? These lock in place with a C clip. Im assumeing they are coming loose at the head.

+1 for the locking bolts. What type gaskets are you using?

Don't know about your gaskets but the ones that came with my Pacesetter longtubes were these thin paper gaskets that I would never have considered using. I used the metal gaskets that came in my top-end gasket kit. They were actually for the stock manifolds but fit and worked perfect for the new headers and.....no leaks thus far!! Also used the bolts that Pacesetter sent with some NeverSeize on them and have not come loose yet

are you payin 125 for a shop to do this? it's really easy to do yourself. i'm in california and i can swap my entire exhaust out in about 4-5 hours because of smog checks. this is an easy fix that you can do yourself. i don't use the c clamp header bolts and my exhaust doesn't leak, but they may help you out in your situation.
