So i re-installed my LS6 intake manifold today and i broke the oil sensor in the back, so i got a new one from autozone and put it in. Now my oil guage is pegged way past 80. It doesn't even work. Also, i put in a new coolant temperature sensor in the side of the block and now my temp guage doesn't work. It's just below 100, like the car is not running. The car has been cool for days and i drove it around the block and down the street and it still did not move a bit at all. My car seems to have this problem... The only coolant temp sensor that works is the one that is broken, meaning that the plastic part where it plugs in is broken off, so i just have to stick the plug on it and kind of tape it with foil tape. It sounds sketchy, but its the only one that i get any kind of temperature reading from. The oil sensor is also worrying me now. I seriously don't know what to do.
