Default A couple intake and TB questions?

If I had two intakes and two TB made by the same company. One intake and one TB has a 78mm, while the other has a 85mm. Wouldnt the bigger one make more power by theory of sucking more air in? If so how much? I have done my research but cant find a definite answer to this question.

depends on a lot of factors, but if you had the right mods and tune, then the 85mm would be in your favor.

Thanks. Yea im talking full bolt-ons, tune, long tubed headers, ect. I plan on doing a whole 85mm combo. Intake, tb, maf, and lid. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt waiting my time and money. I can get a deal on a new typhoon intake for 150.
