When I roll my windows down, even just a little, while driving at any speed, exhaust comes poring into the car. I have checked the header bolts and all seem tight, and used a 600ft/lb impact wrench on my y-pipe belly bands. The only other thing i can think of is a bad header gasket. I used gm metal gaskets with tsp 1 7/8 headers. Any ideas of how exhaust can come through the windows while driving at speed?

where does you exhaust exit - out the back? If the header gaskets were leaking you would hear a distinctive tick.
