I'm going to put a muffler at the end of my ORY and dump it. I was wondering if i should do a 3" bullet or possibly do a 3.5"? What would be best for performance or would there even be much of a difference?

can't imagine it would make much difference. assuming the inside diameter on the 3" is actually 3" and not necked down.

I know this is an old thread and hopefully the OP is still on this site but how do you like your set up I heard your clip on youtube and was thinking about doing the same thing what all did you do to make sure it didn't hit the drive shaft or any other problems
