Default Metco Breather

Do many people use this to relieve pressure in the crank case, and is it worth it.

I have one, and yes I think it's worth it. It will release crankcase pressure, and take some pressure on the rings. It's a worth while mod IMO...

I am also running a breather on mine, have had no bad effects from putting it on, does not use any more oil than before and looks awesome.

I've heard that oil leaks from the top after hard driving. Have any of you guys had that type of problem?

I have one and have no oil drips even after track days, but mine is installed on top of the oil filler neck, not right off the valve cover. Has been on there since about 1500 miles, 19k now and my 02 uses 1/4 qt or less in 3k with track days included.I didn't know Damian approved of them but Cammin BeaSST runs one on his 9.90 SS.

I recently installed a Jantzer ported TB and found no oil in my intake, I think Thunder sells them, I got mine from LS1 motorsports almost 2 yrs ago but I hear people are having problems with parts being shipped from them recently.

I have not had any problems with oil leaking out of it or any other problems for that matter. Mine is coming straight out of the valve cover and i did nothing to the pcv system, worthwhile thing to do IMO.

I have heard that it has helped oil consumption issues but i do not have any first hand experience on that. I beleive it would work on the truck, i think the oil filler neck is the same, but not 100% sure on that.
