Default Thinking about this "slp flo pack".. Need feedback.

Is this a pretty good setup as far as price goes? Do I need the piece of lower intake that comes with this?

youd be better off just getting a lid and some type of ram air setup like the FTRA or make one yourself.

Just get an SLP lid $90 and FTRA $200

I wouldn't do it. I'd just get the lid and bellows or get them from a different company. I bought this exact kit and less than a month after the damned sheet metal ram air box sucked about a gallon of water up into my intake and blew my motor. If there was a better design or different design, I'd go with it

Trust me it can do it when you drive through about 6" of water. An intersection was flooded that NO one would ever think could flood, I couldn't tell cuz it was stormin so bad. I hit the water, car started to surge and try to stay runnin, then finally locked up.

I recommend to check the used FS section on here. I sold my old Whisper lid for $20 and
a "smooth bellows" is worthless.

Thanks so much for the input guys. I am just kinda budgeted but I wanna get my car to breath a little better. So far I just have a P&P throttle body, electric cutout, and bald Nittos. Best of 13.0's at 107.8. My clutch is giving me trouble, otherwise, I see it going 12.80's or .90's.

What is this ram air thing yall speak of? the ftra thing or whatever..

Last question, whats the deal with the slp "25% underdrive pulley" deal? Should I invest in this? What all do I need to do a clean swap out? Just the pulley and belt>?

BINGO!

The bellow looks nice, but don't expect any gains if you get it.

FYI, the SLP pulley is made by Powerbond.
If You get one you'll need 2 new belts;get the Gatorback belts.
