Default 862 casting heads

I just bought these from a buddy of mine. They have @ 60,000 miles on them and seem to be in pretty good shape. Im going to port & polish them and clean them up and then put them in my car.
My set up is:
built/forged 347
MS3 cam
MTI lid w/K&N filter
kooks headers
kooks y-pipe
borla stinger mufflers
3200 stall
stock 2.73 gears(I know, i know...im gonna change them to 3.73)

I have stock 241 heads on my car. How much more power do you guys think i will gain from those (5.3) P&P heads over the stock heads?!?

If they are stock 5.3 heads, they won't clear the MS3. You'll have to cut reliefs into the pistons if you don't have them already(judging by your setup). Texas Speed sinks the valves into their 5.3s to get the clearance needed with stock pistons.

The stock casting number on 5.3 heads are 862. What do you guys mean by IF THEY ARE STOCK 5.3 HEADS?

If the valves haven't been recessed, the cam won't clear, hence why stock 5.3 heads won't work unless you flycut the pistons. Give Texas Speed a call and see if they can do the work on the heads for you to get them to clear

I have Wiseco internals, so my pistons are flat top that are notched out for valve clearance.

I would still call TSP and talk to them about it. If you know what the size of the reliefs are in the pistons, then they will be able to tell you if it'll clear.

I have Absolute Speed 862 heads with non recessed valves, because I didn't want to compromise the flow. That being the case I had to notch my pistons in my 346 to get a Comp XER 228/230 to clear. If you already have notched Weiscos you should be cool, however it pays to check.
