Default My setup plus stock ls6 heads or port my 241s?

Ok I am wondering which way to go on this. I ve always had LS6 243 or 799 heads on my mind but now im starting to wonder what s better dollar for dollar. A set of 243 s or 799s on a stock motor im reading is worth about 15 rwhp. the cost for used ls6 heads is about give or take $500.
I was looking at a head porting service on Ebay(yea i know, i know, dont flame me too bad) thats about $450 to port my 241s. Ive emailed the guy and he s telling me of course he is good at what he does and will out flow a set of stock 243s easily. Has anyone tried this guys service on here. He s getting alot of sales. Surely someone on here has tried them. Not hard to find just search "LS1 heads or LS1 ported" on Ebay to see what im talking about. Just added a cam and intake so im not stock anymore. So how much should I stand to gain from a set of stock 243s versus the alternative.. I know someone has already gone through this, My mods are

Thunder Racing 224/224 cam on a 114 lsa
78mm FAST Intake and ported stock TB
Pacesetter Longtubes
2.5" True Duals
SLP Underdrive Pulley
Fast Toys Ram air kit
Custom Tune

there are plenty of vendors on here that you could send your 241's to, and you can actually trust them.

It would probably be cheaper in the long run to get the 243's but the ported 241's will make more power(I suggest not going to some ebay vendor you never heard of). Save a little longer and have a set of 243's ported...then you can sell off the 241's for a 100 bux or so.
