I've been searching for the same thing for the past week and decided just to figure it out on my own. This is what I've come up with.

go to summitracing and search these products
This is the cheapest way to go about it.

1 x Quick Connect Adapter Fitting
4 x O-Ring Boss to -8 AN Adapter
1 x O-Ring Boss Slim Line Plug
3 x 90 Swivel Hose End
1 x 45 Swivel Hose End
1 x Stainless Braided Hose 6 feet should be enough.

Now decide if you want to go 6AN or 8AN, the cost is roughly 30-50 bucks more for 8 instead of 6.
If I get my new rails/intake installed soon, I will post up some pictures for you.

I plan on doing it this way. All 8AN fittings and lines

quick adapter fitting
4 straight fittings
a 8AN Y fitting
4 90 fittings
boss slim line adapter

I'm going to come from the tank to a Y into the front 90s and on the rear of the rails I'm going to add 2 90s and connect those.
