Better MAF?

Better MAF? Which has had better results: Granettelli MAF or an 85mm ZO6?
How much hp? Midrange? Low end? What are the differences in these.
For the mods bellow. I will be installing CAM and Headers with an ORY and finding someone in the South FL. Area to tune my car. It also has to be functional with nitrous.
