Default Cold assembly

I don't have a heated garage. Is it a bad idea to torque the heads and intake on at 35 degrees rather than, say, 65 degrees?? Is there any chance the head gaskets could seal any better or compress more since heat would make them expand??

I can't see why 30 degrees, especially so low in the thermal expansion window of steel and aluminum, would make a difference. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to learn something today.

This thread may be better suited for advanced tech (thermal expansion property content).
