How to get the power steering pulley of when lip is gone
I was using the tool to pull the power steering pulley. There is a lip that the tool uses to pull the pulley off. Well the one side of the lip peeled right off!
Any ideas on how I am going to get this pulley off? Salvaging the pulley is not important at all. I just want it off.

Jeff of Turn One said he always heats it up with a torch and he can get it off that way. He said a jaw puller would damage the drive shaft. And he thought that my suggestion to cut it off with a cutoff wheel would probably work - since I don't have a torch.

I don't know why you want the pulley off, but you don't need to remove it to get the pump off the motor. Since the pulley is plastic, I don't think you would want to use a torch on it. I'd use the the cutoff wheel if you don't want to salvage it. Those pulleys are on there real tight, so it takes just the right puller to get them off. You could also weld a new lip back on to the pulley.
