rotate upper WP hose fitting?

rotate upper WP hose fitting? have a truck WP, and wondering if I can rotate the upper fitting? The way it is right now, it hits my throttle cable, and wont allow the TB to close all the way. If I can rotate it a hair, I can make it work. Wondering if its doable or not.
