Yup it's happened to a few, including myself. You have a early casting intake and Edelbrock knows there are issues with it. Call Edelbrock and tell them what happened. They will ask you to take pictures and send them the invoice from when you bought it. They will then probably what you to send them the intake so they can have hands on. Then they will let you know if they will warranty it. When I sent mine back they DID determine it was a casting defect and replaced it for free.

How many foot pounds did you torque it down too?
