Default battery replaced, but volt gauge still in red zone??

i had my battery load tested and it was bad. so i replaced it and now the voltage gauge is either in red or very close to it for the whole ride without using any accessories.

in the higher rpms i have no power, it just falls on its face. Is my alternator slowing dying?? or is there something else i should check.

thank you

Do a load test on the alternator to see if its up to par. It should charge at 14-14.7 V at 1100 RPM'S
