Default ls376/480 pcv

The literature with this crate engine doesn't provide a layout of the crankcase ventilation system. I also read just about every posting with PCV in the title and can't find an answer.
What does this pipe do? From the lifter valley cover to the throttle body.(See pic. It's hollow)
Where is,or is there, a conventional pcv valve?

relieves PCV to the intake manifold. that is the LS6 style PCV. LS6's have a different valley cover with PCV integrated. same concept as the LS1 PCV line from the valve cover to the TB

I'm pretty set on the PCV routing, but have one question: Can I use the port on the DBW throttle body for the fresh air feed to the passenger side valve cover?

I don't think you can use that port for fresh air. I believe it is supposed to pull from between the maf and throttle body.

I know it needs to be after the MAF, so it gets metered air; I just didn't know if being after the blade in the throttle body was an issue.
