Default Dual Dual removal

Can someone tell me the best way to remove my stock Dual Dual exhaust from the muffler? I want to put my CME in and sell the Dual Dual but I don't want to have to do any cutting. I tried heating it up but it still wont budge with a rubber mallot and a block of wood. Can someone help me out?

I don't know if I was completely clear about where I'm removing it. I am separating the muffler from the I-pipe. The pipe that goes over the differential

Well I have an electric saw that cuts through it like butter but I wanted to avoid that. It isn't welded just has a clamp on it. Will heating it up red the hammering a screw driver in there do anything?

Heat the outer pipe red hot and twist the muffler, this will take the form out of the pipe from the clamp. Then wiggle and pull, it should come right out. Do not hammer a screw driver or anything into it, that will deform the pipe and you'll have trouble resealing it to the new muffler. The trick is to get it RED hot.
