Default wanting 11:1 wit 243 on stock ls1

Im gonna b getting 243's for my car and im wanting to bump the compression a little bit. Im looking for 11:1 so how much do i need to have the heads milled to???? I've looked around any i cant find much, some have said just put a .040 head gasket on. But will that get me 11:1 with out milling the heads. This will be on a stock bottom end LS1

Mill them .020" and run GM MLS gaskets @ .052" thick. This will give you 62cc chambers and 11:1 compression for less cost than a set of .040" cometic gaskets.

GM MLS Gaskets $29 scoggin dickey + $50 at a machine shop to have them milled.
