Default 402ci intake advice

I need direction on what intake to use. L92 headed 402, .624 lift cam, mid 200's dur. Aggressive velocity porting. It's a conversion. I have an LSXR 102 but it is way too big. Due to the slope of the hood I can use a carb intake and fab low profile elbow, or drop my ***** on a short runner sheetmetal. Which is the best overall choice? Some runner length and virtually no plenum on the carb manifold setup or very short runners and a nice plenum volume with the sheetmetal ???? I don't plan on racing anyone from a 3K rpm kick, so some lost low to midrange won't hurt my feelings. But I don't want it to feel weak tooling around town. I'm just not sure how much I would lose one way or another with these intakes.. HELP please. Thanks
