243 heads on 4.8l '07 truck?

I have a 2007 silverado 4.8, c1500, ext. cab, with 243s. My son has a 2003 silverado 4.8l with 799s which are basically same casting. It's a strong motor that pulls our work trailer with ease.

Thanks, a guy told me he thought he had seen 243's on a 4.8l, but I couldn't find anything that said GM was putting them on 4.8's. These heads should become more plentiful in the used market...
