Default Ticking Sound In Head?

When the car is running it has a ticking sound in the passenger side head, im thinking it is a rocker arm that needs to be tightened, any other suggestions?

I already have the coil packs off because im repainting my valve covers and the coil pack brackets so I figured I would go ahead and try and fix this problem.

l'm assuming you have stock heads/rockers and springs. If so, check the rockers and make sure the needle bearing have not fallen out. Look for wear on the rockers push them up and down by hand and see if you get any play. If you do the lifters would be the next thing to look at.
