if our stock Tb are 75mm , what would be the size after porting them ?

Stock is 78mm. When ported, the inlet size is not increased. If you feel in your throttle body, you will feel a distinct ridge. Removing that is the focal point of porting the throttle body.

i had some one tell me that porting the stock Tb would be better then a 80mm or 85mm BBK.

You'll get all the performance for a fraction of the cost. The stock intake inlet is 78 mm, so having a throttle body bigger than that will not do you any good.

so by porting a throttle body your basically creating a smoother airflow correct?

Stock TB is 75mm but porting them makes it a true 75mm. Stock has a ridge infront of the blade that hinders flow.

Inlet size is still bigger from the aftermarket TB hence more air flow. Not a huge differance but still more. Porting the stocker is definately cheaper. Ive had both but also swapped a intake so i couldnt tell u the differance if any.
