Yep. It'll fit just fine. You could also use an LS6 valley cover on an LQ4 too. That's what I'm doing on mine, for the newer, revised PCV setup.

The bolts were the same between my LS1 and my LQ4, because I ended up using the bolts from the valley cover that was on the LQ4, with my engine lift plate, to get the LS1 out of the car.
