looking to replace my oil fill with this to help high rpm crank case breathing. This is the only one I found, I like they way it looks, but was wondering what everyone else has.

Thanks. There is oil in my intake from the PCV, common on all ls motors i believe. I went to the ls6 style pcv and it helped but I would like my intake to me more free of oil. If I get a good vent cap like the one I posted in a link I could restrict the pcv to where it pulls very little crank case fumes, but also keeps smoke from venting out the caps at idle.

thats the one I have in my 2001 TA. I removed the black plastic stock neck and installed the breather filter. i was still getting some oil in my intake so i decided to go with a catch can. I replace the intake and installed the catch can about 500 miles ago so I haven't checked to see what the intake looks like. here a video so you can see what mine looks like...http://www.streetfire.net/video/Prof...uct_721631.htm

easy man. the hard part was trying to remove the plastic neck. guess it was awhile since I removed it. it screws off just like the cap does. only part I would do different is not have the chrome piece on there, but my MSD coil wouldn't let the filter fit. even with front strut on it would fit. just haven't installed it cause I'm currently working on nitrous installation..

correction here.. the chrome peice will screw in just like the cap. the filter is push in type. no issues with it popping out so I'm guessing it would still work with the chrome piece.

as said above but I had my covers off when I put mine in. I turn my motor to a little over 7K and I haven't noticed oil on the motor(maybe just a very, very light mist) but every motor is different.

if ya'll are concerned about oil mist in the engine bay and you have a breather filter like mine vid shows just go buy a wrist band... then come in many colors and designs..
