Default 2" headers on mild 346?

I am parrting out my car..want to get into something a lot more mild and more practicall. I figure I can sell my current ARH 2" headers and get some money back but that money would go towards buying some other headers for a new setup. Would I be crazy to use the headers with 2" primary tubes on a cam only 346 setup? I have seen dynos where 1 7\8 headers didn't loose any torque down low compared to the standard size primary tubes. What about 2"? I just know that I won't get back anywhere close what I payed for these..so if I can use them in a new setup why not..even though it may not be ideal for the potential of these headers

2" wont hurt anything, i mean your car isn't gonna blow up cuz u have big primaries. i doubt just driving it around on a street cam/set up there will even be any noticeable adverse side effects.

I'd run them, no reason not to. Maybe keep an eye out for a nice used set of smaller ones so you can sell yours and maybe pocket some $$$.

I know that one will never get his money back from selling car parts, even parts that are barely used. I would just hate to sell these barely used headers for a fraction of what they cost me just to downgrade to a inferior header..I think I might just try them out. I dont know what motor or heads I will be using them with. Its all speculation at this point. I just know I dont want anything too aggressive like my previous setup.
