Whats is meant by saying......

A "Complete Cylinder Head" excuse my ignorance, i'm a little new to bolting on heads. trying to learn what parts are included withg a complete set. Does this include springs, retainers, push rods and rocker arms?

a complete head means head, springs, retainers, locks, valve seals and head valves.

Bare cylinder head is just the head.
