Question what exhaust

i just recently bought an ls1. Its got 77000 miles on it A4 and pretty much bone stock. When i get some money built back up i want to put headers and a full exhaust on it. I really dont wanna spend a whole lot, but what do u guys recommend emmissions arent a problem as there is no emmission laws where i live, but i may want to keep cats on it so i dont have the trashy raspy sound. LOL IDK i just want to hear some opinions

pacesetter headers, TSP o/r y-pipe, 3.5" flowmaster merge(4" if you plan on doing heads and/or cam), and ether a 3.5" or a 4" cat back.

anything less is unacceptable IMO. also the flowmaster merge will cut down on rasp while IMPROVING flow. where as cats hurt flow.
