Fresh LT install and now car won't idle

Fresh LT install and now car won't idle I turn the car and it will just die if I touch the gas. So it will idle really rough and if I touch gas, it stalls.
Pacesetter LT's used (no EGR or AIR). I ONLY blocked off the EGR that goes into the top of piece in front of the throttle body. Is there something else I have to block off?

No luck! Said he couldn't locate a loose vacuum line. Although he mentioned didn't plug anything up after the AIR removal. So i'm not sure if he just didn't find it. Any other suggestions in the meantime?
