Get under the car. There is a an access hole for changing fog lights and the DRL under the bumper in front of the drivers wheel. Once you open the flap or undo the wheel liner from the bumper the air pump is straight up from there.

+1. I think its 3 bolts holding it up if I remember correctly.

easiest way? what part of the UNinstallation ISNT easy? jus unscrew stuff till it all falls off
i wasn't sure of the stuff either at first, started into it and it took all of like 10m to get it all off... nothing hard at all...
