Default Intake Manifold Suggestions

Hey guys, I got a 2000 Z28 Camaro. Current mods are Kooks 1 3/4" longtubes, ORY, SLP Loudmouth 1, and an SLP airlid. I'm looking for suggestions on intake manifolds...LS6, FAST 92? Any other ideas? Also, port and polish the TB or get a new one? I try not to use the car as a daily driver, but more often than not, thats what it is :/ Anyways, thanks for the help!

Default Intake

I'd do the FAST 92/92 . That way you'll have more flow for mods in the future.

I think for $ 300.00 a used LS6 is the way to go. But now that FAST is making the new 102 you might be able to find a used 90 or 92 for a good price. If you go with the Fast you will need a new T/B, and thats more money.

Yes I'm planning on doing a cam and heads within a year from now, but I know thats more expensive so I was gonna try and knock out the cheaper stuff first and give me more time to save up for the cam/heads.

Go with the FAST. Youll end up buying an LS6 and selling it later to get the FAST most likely anyways. No one likes leaving 10-15hp on the table.....

I just installed a BBK intake and used my ported Shaner S3 throttle body. Intake was around $399.

i say go ls6 intake and port your t/b. whenever your ready to go heads-cam, you should have no problem selling the intake-t/b and using the $ towards your build. the 90/90+ is an EXPENSIVE set-up to not have the internal mods ready to go any time soon. just my opinion.
