cam size for 243's with 61cc chamber

cam size for 243's with 61cc chamber Which cams could I run with the PRC 243 heads 2.5 and 61cc chambers without running in to PTV clearance issues?I have a 224 cam in right now, its way too small for my application. Looking into a min. of mid/high 230's/ low 240's , can it be done without fly cutting ?
