Where did you get your Y-pipe welded?

Where did you get your Y-pipe welded? Yesterday i put on pacesetter long tube headers and I have an SLP ORY that I need to get welded to the headers and attached to the catback. I went to a Tuffy shop and they denied me because I dont have cats on the y-pipe. So now I dont know where to go. Where did all of you get your ORY welded at?

Maybe a small exhaust shop that you can go in and talk to the guy in person, tell him you can pull the plates off it and say its a race car.
Big chains like wont touch exhaust without cats.
Other people might use that excuse also if they really don't want to do it.
