Default doing my headers as we speak

putting in my pacesetters right now and just wondering since i am removing the egr and air does this thing come out also including the wiring that goes with it??

But leave the wiring attached to the egr in the pic. Just unclip it. Make sure to remove the air pump inside the fender too.

yea i took the air pump out, i jus leave the connections hangin for it right?

Yeah, tape up the connector and zip tie it out of the way.

ok so i got both headers in but havent tightened them up yet what are the torque specs for pacesetters?

Just reuse the stock header bolts, they will work fine.
You reused the stock gaskets too right? You didn't use the pacesetter ones did you?
Start tightening the bolts from the middle out, once completely tightened down, go back and TQ the bolts from the middle out.. I can't find my Haynes right now, darn it, I forget what to TQ to.....

Here ya go, I think its 18ft/lb tq

i got everything done the car sounds mint no leaks!! only problem i have tho is since i went with 3 inch piping its really hard to tuck that **** up. other than that i am extremely happy. it really did make a sotp difference when i went to drive it. it deff picks up alot quicker than it did before cant wait to see what it puts down when i go to get it dyno tuned.

Did u do motor mounts too at the same time?
