anyone runnin the Ebrock Performer rpm intake
i did some diggin and found alot of great stuff on the victor jr and super vic. but nothin much on the Performer. the only thing i found with a search was from 2004 and it was when the performer rpm had just been released.some one did the swap and gained like 28hp over a ls6 mani. but that was with a carb.
id like to go with the vic.jr. but i wont have the motor to fill its shoes for a while, even though guys are having success with it on N/A small cubed motors. i would think the PERFORMER RPM would flow almost as good, and it moves the powerband down to a more street/strip range.
just wondering if anyone is running it with efi and had the same results, better/worse?
might try goin this route when the time comes(SOON)

I'm in the same boat you are. I am trying to decide between the Victor or Performer RPM also. I don't think many people run the Performer version which may be why there are no responses.

It's part number 7118 on edelbrocks website. They've got a few matching cams to go with it. The biggest cam specs 230/243 .631/.631 on a 113 LSA. There are a few smaller ones too. I'd say that if you were to run a matching set of RPM heads with one of these cams that you'd have a nice setup. I bet there are much cheaper ways to get that kind of power though... Have you guys ever priced edelbrock heads? Jeez... they're really proud of them, thats for sure!
