Default never built a motor need advice

so i have a 2000 b4c and i just picked up a set of 241 heads from my buddy on here (thanks so much rob!) so far my car has pacesetter lt's no cats x pipe borla xr1's and all free mods. im working on getting an ls6 intake also. my goal is for my car to be in the elevens and still be streetable. i plan on building my car to work around an ms3 cam and just want suggestions on what i should buy for these heads to have them mate well with it. also what stall should i go with for my car since i want an ms3? i would also be switching my rear gears to 3.73's. like i said i have never built a motor so i would like input on on everything i would need to but for these heads.

When I hear 'building an engine' I think bottom end work; do you plan to do any? From what it sounds like, you are doing a typical heads/cam swap.?.?

call tsp, they will tell you what you need, springs, push rods, maybe lifters.
