Default Pulled two codes, need help!

I pulled P0132 high voltage oxygen sensor bank 1, sensor 1
and P0300 random misfire detection...i don't know if it's the rain that caused these to come up (damn hurricane alex) but this is the first time these codes came up.
I had the car tuned about a month and its been running great but when i drove down the street it started hesitating and surging.
Also when i hit 45 mph it stops right there, rpm's don't go up or the mph. I started manually shifting and when i put it back into D it still wouldn't go past 45 until after a few stop n go traffic lights did it finally go past 45 and started driving fine.
Any advice? and what could cause these codes? If i replace the front O2's would it fix both codes or just P0132?

Thanks.

I would check you MAF, not an expert, but most people that get a tune and then end up with problems have a weak MAF sensor just a thought

Water intrsusion into the oxygen sensor wiring harness/connectors can cause the P0132 to set. If that is the cause, clearing the code (w/scanner or by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes) and allowing the circuits to dry may fix it.
