If you search the site you will find a lot of good write ups but some of them are.
-free ram air (cutting the bottom of the lid tray to allow more airflow)
-cutting the EGR tube that is sticking down the air path (obviously only for 98-00 cars)
-port and polish your TB (if you do it yourself)
-If your an M6 you can do the skip shift with a resister that costs like 50 cents
-cutouts are pretty cheap also
Im sure there are a few that I am missing but those are just a couple off the top of my head.
