Default 2 spiral flows in i pipe

Anyone tried two spiral flows in thier i-pipe to quiet things down? They claim they will reduce 5-7 decibels so im thinking two in a row should help reduce volume without killing flow. any thoughts?

Yeah I have a thought. Spiral flows don't flow good so how can two in a row be a good thing?

I can't say exactly how much flow you're going lose BUT you are going to see a significant loss in flow. From my experience these are not the best flowing pieces you're going to find. If you just want to drop the sound level and dont mind taking the HP hit go for it...

Would a single high flow cat and a sprial flow be quieter?

No way of knowing. Different cats have different cell counts. a 200cell converter is quiter than a 400 cell converter. It will be much more expensive and I'd be worried the cat will foul out because it wont get the heat it needs to cook off contaminants that far back in the pipe.

Use the two spiral flows or any bullet for that matter. Louvered core bullets flow less and are a bit quieter that the perforated core bullets.
