Default Any tricks to changing a power steering pump on 2000 5.3

what's up everybody....i know this isn't a truck forum, but i wanted to ask this since you guys helped me so much when doing the bolt-ons on my 98 SS....my little brother has a 2000 5.3 gmc z71 with a power steering pump going out.....he has asked me to change it out and i wanted to know if there is anything special i will need to do it.....the pump he is buying from a major parts store will need the reservior switched over and the lines, seems pretty straightforward, but i wanted to ask you guys before i get my hands dirty......anyone else done this?

I know on my Z28 I needed a pulley puller to remove the power steering from the head. The pulley needs to be removed to get access to the bolts. You should be able to rent the puller from AutoZone.
